Well, I mailed Koisland and even though it was late in the evening I had a reply and a phone call by lunch time today.

Although my problem was not sorted for me (looking at a different alternative) I would like to say thank you for your promptness, I had already left 3 messages with different dealers and not one has made the effort to call.
