She was lame on her back left leg. The vet said that she is not a candidate for surgery due to some arthritis issues in all of her other extremities. She limps on her front left foot. I hate to see her this way and was wondering if it will get better or is this the way she will always be?
Hip Dysplasia

Can any one offer any help or advise.

I have a two year old blue maincoon that has been diagnosed with Hip Dysplasia by my vets.

Can any one advise if they have experienced this problem, How they have controlled it.

Any thing will be of help.

Sarah

Easter Chocolate

Vets are giving their annual reminder to dog owners to be aware of the dangers posed by feeding your Dog chocolate this Easter.
While most people know that chocolate is poisonous to dogs many do not know why or how much is toxic.

Chocolate contains theobromine, which affects the nervous system, cardiovascular system (the heart and circulation) and urination.

For those owners wishing to give their Dog a treat this Easter please use the pet safe chocolate that can found found in most pet shops.

Pet Secure

Japanese Akita

I wondered if any one can help I have a Japanese Akita that is 6 months old but never seems to eat unless I feed it to her by hand.
