I find time apart quite therapeutic, but not too much time apart. Stewart, you should be commended for your marital longevity - and you Johno, and I bet Tam's been married for years too. Such a shame that nowadays marriage doesn't seem to hold the same values that it used to, and I know I'm just as guilty... My marriage only lasted 4 years, and even that was a mistake. I think people jump into it too easily and see divorce as a quick-fix.

well its worked so far ruths been going away with her girly mates for a few years now weekend once a year dosent do any harm , i dont see any problems in it willie to tell you the truth :)

i wish they would do it more often when you live with james 24/7 you need a break from him mate ;)

If you've got the 27 year itch I have got the 38 year open wound! You are just a beginner. Why do you need time away from each other? That's not friendly. Not only do I live with my other half I also run a business with her 7 days a week.

i sit with ruth more now as i have my laptop but if im not interested in the telly its not my fault im on here all the time is it :)

anyway she goes n sits on the desktop computer in another room anyway , n its not as if we are newly weds are we , you do need to get away from each other at times even a weekend away can recharge your batteries

its just a shame she still dosent do it but her mates dont seem to want to do it now :angry: ive said why dont she do it with kathy instead :w00t::w00t::w00t::hehe::hehe::hehe:

well tonight i said to ruth il sit n watch the telly with her instead of being on the forum :) wot a load of rubbish was on

no wonder more people surf the net theres some bird brain on now talking to the audience with a pint of beer in his hand al murry

maybe its me but i dont find him funny , before that it was xfactor same old same old cmon please put something decent on

family fortunes kathy put that on with the vern bloke absolute tripe in the end i got up n cleaned all the inside windows in the house :P
