Jools when i put my shiro and ochiba into q/t the shiro was red i put it down to stress it got so bad i thought i had a showa it lasted a fortnight the ochiba lasted 2 days longer done scrapes checked gills all clear thank christ i never put them in my pond, never again will i go for small fish rant over:w00t:

hi jools doing great :) had an infection on a scale a bit ago but i pulled the bad scales off and poured some iodine on it and its perfect now;) sumi is coming out and getting darker now the temps are dropping:)

Pond is 3500 gals and i like the nexus - definately easier to clean than my last filter setup, i like the fact that you can see all the crap disapearing down the drain every time its cleaned - no crap being held in the filter has got to be good.
