that must be a first then dont forget the photos of it then so we can see , only try to make them a touch smaller :)

Yup John, the glass we got from pilkinton after Richdon koi told us how to do it. I have made a timber from and basically the glass is pushed into the frame with liner polyflex is used as the sealant and then some PVC as beading to finish it off. I'll be honest am not looking forward to fitting it I have had my doubts but sir boss says she wants it so she gets it.

Lets see if i can get this right, here is me an hour ago. not finished construction yet am filling to the window level to make sure the hole in the liner is in the right place. Am gona get cold once its at the right level.

I did have three 100watt heaters one in each tan kand one without but it still only rose to 14 degrees john so they are all in big pond a couple lost this mrning but I expected that..still got the other inside tank full too gonna have to let some go if anyone wants a few

why cant u buy a 300 watt aquarium heater n keep them all in the one tank :D

if your on economy 7 it will help keep the cost down on running it , during the night when the temp dips the heater will come on at half price electric :w00t:

moved all my koi fry out of the fry house and into a large floating net in the pond couldnt keep them warm enough as I dont have any proper heating in the fry house yet so they are all snug in the inside pond had to cull a few toaday a job I hate doing but I cant keep them all.........
